TRAINING WORKS 1998, designed for the Workers Health and Safety Centre. This was the first issue of the magazine, which informed readers about health and safety issues in the workplace and about training the Centre provided. I decided on an unconventional size for the magazine to make it immediately noticeable. Loretta Michaud and Yvonne Laurent, my clients, sat beside me as I experimented on my Mac with different photographs and layouts until we arrived at a final design for the magazine’s cover.
