ONTARIO SPEAKS OUT. This book, designed for the Ontario Federation of Labour, gathered the results of town hall meetings the Federation held across the province on Ontario to assess public responses to government policy. As the responses were generally angry, I tried to capture their mood in the design of the book. A lot of people thought the face in the illustration belonged to Judy Garland. The resemblance was accidental.
