THE COURAGE TO CONFRONT was a booklet done for the Workers Health and Safety Centre. The design of the booklet was a mad rush. My original cover design was rejected by the client and I had only a few hours in which to create new artwork. While the client was proofing internal copy, I created a new cover by scanning a bronze sculpture taken from my mantlepiece and composing the title out of letters extracted from photos of automobile license plates.
